Check out AboutUs.org. It's essentially a Wikipedia just for websites. Enter in a URL and find out info about that website. It looks pretty cool.

"There is no way Santorum is going to lose to a no-name."
Brendan - November 16, 2005:
Well, the no-name won. And he won big. This country may finally be waking up from the neocon's spell. Granted, this is going to lead to at least two years of dead-lock, but I'd rather have dead-lock than having the Bush policy rubberstamped and forced down our throat.
After reading today about some voting precincts are having difficulties with their electronic voting systems, I wanted to post about how well Blair County has handled the switch. In the 2 elections I've voted in with the new electronic systems, the folks (typically retired females who generally aren't big fans of "new-fangled" ways of doing things) manning the polls have been nothing but helpful and patient with those new to the system.
This isn't to say that I am a fan of electronic voting (I still don't understand why a printed "receipt" can't be made and dropped into a box for recounts, validity checks, etc...), but it is good to see that our County isn't being pointed out as having difficulties.
Now let's just hope that my precinct's system hasn't been hacked and that my vote for Casey doesn't go to Santorum :).
