Dear Netflix,
I have have been a customer of yours way before it was the popular thing to do. I remember in 2000 and 2001 suffering through the 6 day wait that it would take a DVD to go back and forth from Meadville and San Jose. I am not one of your "heavy users", as I keep a DVD for probably an average of 5 days before I send it back, so I know that I'm profitable to you.
Yeah, there was that time a few years back when I put my queue on "Standby" for 3 months, but there were extenuating circumstances then.
So why haven't you enabled the Watch Now tab on my account yet? I've patiently waited for over a month before I spoke out. All of my friends and coworkers (many of whom I referred to Netflix) can watch movies on demand, yet I still sit here floundering.
So please, should anyone from Netflix wander across this site, please take a moment to look up the name "shanafme" in your systems and flip the Watch Now switch!
